I spent many hours riding around from one missile site to another back in the seventies. I was in the USAF, stationed at F. E. Warren AFB, WY. Our goal was to keep as many missiles in the green, or ready to launch, as possible.

The Q Poll in Iowa now shows Ted Cruz at 23%, in a statistical dead heat with The Donald, who is at 25%.

Presidential election, 2016
I have stayed mostly silent, because this far out, it's anybody's guess.
I definitely plan to vote for Cruz if he is still in the race during the primary.
In the general election, I don't see how I could vote for any of the socialist/statist candidates on the Democratic side.
That leaves me with the Republican candidate.
I hope it will not be another of those "hold your nose and vote" situations.
Never forget, Clinton likes the Australian method of gun control.

Economic systems
There are three economic systems* in the world:
Socialism - Fascism - Capitalism
On the left, we have socialism, which means the State owns and controls the means of production.
The extreme form of socialism is communism, socialists who force compliance at the point of a gun.
On the right is capitalism, in which the private sector owns and controls the means of production.
In the middle is fascism, where the private sector owns and the State controls the means of production.
